*** What is the difference between Court's Succession Certificate & Heirship Certificate. Please explain purposes of both these documents.

Succession Certificate : is issued for the applicant who wants to recover any amount or document which is lying with bank and such other department/institution.
Heirship Certificate : is issued for the legal heirs of the deceased person, commonly for immoveable property.
