Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
what is the difference between judicial review and appeal?
Why are both judicial review and appeal terminology used In case of CAT(tribunal) ? I understand to examine the lawfulness of 'decision' is judicial review.
In case of CAT only juducial review is possible and not the conclusion of decision (appeal against decision itself) could be challenged provided lawfulness is intact. Am I correct ? Also, does supreme court has the jurisdiction to change decision provided lawfulness is intact?
