Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
An ex-serviceman, who was getting tubectomy operation (TT) allowance in the Indian Army, now re-employed in indian post office as Postal Assistant. Now, is he eligible to get the tubectomy operation allowance in indian post office on production of the same sterilization certificate?. Kindly explain in full quoting the rule regulation of central government.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Only if the terms and conditions of service in the Indian Postal Authority entitle you to claim the Medical Allowance that you were given whilst in the service of the Indian Army, you should claim it.
