Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I have filed a case in Karnataka administrative tribunal, Bangalore against department of public instruction, govt of Karnataka, Bangalore with reference to non-inclusive of my name in final merit list of Karnataka secondary education teacher recruitment. Despite the Hon'ble court issued urgent notice to the dept in the month of april 2013, dept is yet to reply. After the first notice the court adjourned the case every month but dept was seeking more time. From past 6 months to till date my case is not at all listed and my lawyer is telling that since dept has not filed any objections...it may not be listed unless dept reply. Please tell me how to go about it.

move an application in the court and seek urgent redress against the department. state that they are deliberately delaying the issue and the case should proceed further.
