My full name is ashwani kumar rajput. And my passport and educational docs having my name as ashwani kumar.
Although my marriage rgitration certificate, pan card,aadhar card and voter id having my full name.
But in passport surname not added? How i can add my surname in passpart?

You can write to the Passport Office.
They would most probably issue Passport with changed name, the fees for the same is around Rs.1000.
