Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I want to give divorce my wife because she is leaving relationships with other people.now she have one child but I 100% sure that child is not mine.when I had told her for DNA test she was refusing me.she is not coming with me.if I give divorce to her then there is any property divide or not.if the DNA test will be negative and that child is not my child.what is my right for legally divorce.

1) U cant ask her for DNA test except thru court.
