As per the Code of Conduct on Government employees, you cannot enter or undertake any trade.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the terms of reference of your appointment permit you to engage in an activity that does not in any way harm or hamper your employment, you may trade in derivatives. If the terms of reference prohibit you from engaging in any other form of business, taking prior consent of your Department Head in writing is recommended.
