Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
in a government policy for job seekers for retired personnel, if there is a policy that is in practice regarding a specific issue, while being ambiguous regarding the same on paper, can such a policy be changed retrospectively thereby adversely affecting personnel who took action in the past under the said 'policy in practice'?

Retrospective effects enforce only where the law states clearly in regards, where it is silent it will not inforce.
