my grandfather agriculture land was written to my sister husband with out my sign has sold to my bother in law,is this legal?

no if it is an ancestral property you have your share in it.the sale can be challenged.

Yes, If your brother in law has legally acquired title to the land from your grandfather, he has the right to transfer its title to any other person without your signature.
