can a grandson get benefit of anukampa service . A man died during his service.he has two sons .both are in govt sector.can a grand son be allowed to get benefit of anukampa job of his grandfather

no a grandson cannot get the service in lieu of grandfather. The idea to grant a job to next of kin was a humanatrian one so that the family does not suffer financially at the loss of the earning member.
