cheque bounce case issue---They are not taking the amount...they want to see in court..only.....they are saying.....he will see in court.....we will book 420 case..also.........even i have not received notice of cheque .bounce...
Sir can u tell......when they book cheque bounce case......directly....police person.....will come arrest..or he will send any notice....even he has not send any notice also..

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should plead before the Judge that you have already offered to pay the amount of the cheque but the opposite party is refusing to accept it. No arrest is made without proper prior hearing of the matter in the Court.
