Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Hello,
I am from New Delhi. I want to make some changes in my name as well as want to change my date of birth e.g. (my real date of birth is not mentioned in my any kind of documents so I want to make it real). Please guide me how to do it and its procedure?

For the changes in name you can go for publication and then reflect the same in official gazette .date of birth cannot be changed .
