hi,,i am from pune and i need to get stay order can you please guide me on how to get stay order.what all documents do i need to provide court to get stay order.As claimed by pcmc our half of the property comes under road development,which is not proved yet,but still need your guidance in getting stay order from court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should first ascertain and confirm with approved layout plans whether the road actually passes through your plot of land and then proceed for Court action.
