Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Hi,
My name is Dilip.I purchased a plot in greater noida gulavali village sec 14 around 8 months ago. I have got the registry for it. but havent recieved the mutation(dakhil Khariz). There were two owners of the land of which 1 has died. So i have purchased it from a broker and whenevr i ask him about the dakhil khariz. he says its been in the process and will take some time. The property which is owned by the deceased partner needs to be handled to the remaining partner.
My question here is- Does Mutation takes so much time. or Is there any relation between my mutation or the process involved for transferring the property of deceased to remaining partner. Also confirm what more details do you need to solve my query.
My no is 9953755712.
Kindly revert me.
Thanks
Dilip

1) First title should be transferred. Thereafter only mutation.
