Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
It is intimated that Indian Postal Authority allows to claim the tubectomy (TT) allowance to his employees on production of sterilization certificate. But my question is that �on re-employment of an ex-serviceman in the Indian Post Office, who was getting tubectomy (TT) allowance in the Indian Army, is he eligible to get the tubectomy (TT) allowance in indian post office on production of the same sterilization certificate?. Kindly explain in full.
