Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
i GOT A JUDGEMENT IN MY FAVOR RELATING TO A RECRUITMENT CASE IN WHICH HON'BLE SUPREME COURT ORDERED TO GIVE ME SENIORITY SINCE 01.09.2003. BUT THE KARNATAKA STATE SAYS THAT THEY WILL FIX THE SENIORITY BUT CANNOT GIVE THE PROMOTION SINCE MINIMUM QUALIFYING SERVICE IS NOT COMPLETED AS PER THE CADRE AND RECRUITMENT RULES. THEREFORE PL. CLARIFY THAT WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR ALL CONSEQUENTIAL BENIFITS OF SENIORITY INCLUDING PROMOTION OR IT CAN BE DENIED BY SHOWING RECRUITMENT RULES.
