Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I would kike to change my title from Bandyopadhyay to Banerjee.
In voter card and adhar card it is Banerjee, in PAN CARD, employer's record and all certificates it is Bandyopadhyay. my family uses Banerjee. Father,Mother, Sister and even my Wife,Daughter,Son all uses Banerjee. But a confusion is created for the want of this difference.

Dear Diganta,
A man never ever changes his name during his lifetime. You should continue with your correct name Diganta with your surname Banerjee as in the records of all your family members.
