Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
In my(a lady staff) office one of my senior college (Male) was intentionally fighting and shouting for no reason. how can i take up this issue as legal and can i take up this case with women cell.

MODESTY OF WOMEN SHOULD NOT BE DAMAGED.
SHOUTING AND FIGHTING , ITS ALSO A NUISANCE IN OFFICE.
CONDUCT RULE APPLIES.
FIRST GET EVIDENCE FOR HIS UNLAWFUL SHOUTING AND FIGHTING.
SIMPLY GIVE IT TO WOMEN CELL AS WELL AS NEAREST WOMEN POLICE STATION.
