Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
My late father had willed me for a piece of land to be transfered in my name after death of my mother. My father passed away 18 years ago & mother is surviving.
Is there a way to still get the land transfered in my name when my mother survives.

Dear Sir,
No. Since your father has willed the piece of land to be transferred in your name, you should get the title of the land transferred in the name of your mother in the record of the District Tehsildar.
Regards,
