Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I being a licensee approached a person who is a family member of the licensor of a residential apartment.... since licensor is far away n not present during the agreement..... is it ok if a notary is approved.......

How can the person not being the owner of the property give you the premises on licence?? Has he been authorised to do so by the owner?? please be sure of the authority of the person and then enter into an agreement.
