Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I live in a rural area.
Till today since my birth, shortage of water still prevails.
There are conditions when water supply through pipe lines interrupted for more than five months. The MLA of our constituency and the Water Department never ever do anything or even speak about it. People do not complain too.
How do I bring a change in such case?
Any email id or toll free number to complain on it??

Dear Sir / Madam,
Only a change in the Government in the forthcoming 2014 elections, can bring about a change in the living conditions. As a last resort, you should meet the Municipal Councillor requesting him / her to address your concerns and grievances.
