hi, I have lost a credit note worth rs. 1199 given by shoppers stop. And, for the duplicate they require me to give an indemnity bond. So,
1) How many rupees stamp paper do i have to use?
2) Where do I get stamp paper in Karnataka.
3) Will it suffice to get it signed/sealed by any advocate?

Dear Sir / Madam,
1). The Indemnity Bond may be typed on a Rs 100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper.
2). You will get the Stamp Paper from the Stamp Office or even the Court.
3). YES, only if necessary.
