i lost my orgionl sc certificte so i want to duplicate sc certificate how can i get sc dupl. certificate???

Dear Sir / Madam,
Caste classification or discrimination of any form or nature is illegal and a criminal offence. I doubt whether an government authority will issue you a caste certificate.
