Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I m a 21 yr. old boy hail from Rajput clan ,Sandilya gotra , u.p.. I've a deep affinity with my
maternal uncle's daughter's daughter, who is 19 yrs old girl , diffrent gotra. Our affinity has
made us bound to do marraige and pass whole life as unite. We both are agree onto this
proposal.
I want to take legal advices pertain to Indian marriage law in this regard that this marriage is
possibe legaly or not..? Mainly as our relation is concerned I.e. in such a relation we can marry legally or not as indian law..for hindu ?
