If a member in co-op hsg society, who is having a stilt parking as well as open parking, he is having two cars for the both parking and open parking is given by Society on interest free deposit. can society cancel his open parking place ? there are many members who are having open parking place and doesn't own car. One more question , can a defaulter member ask for a open parking place in society ? pl reply

The Society cant take the parking form you without asking you.
