Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I have met with an accident last year June 30th, I have repaired my vehicle and made the claim to the insurance company. Now 20th May, the third party(other people who claim that I hit them) have sent a court notice of compensation claim of Rs. 6lakhs. I have my car's 3rd party insurance.
Let me know how to proceed further.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have third party insurance, you should lodge the court compensation notice with your Insurance Company for processing it.
