Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
Mr Masood ahmed gifted the plot to his wife in the year 1966 in his life time .
After the death of mr Masood the property was allotted and mutated in the name of mrs fatima wife of mr Masood in the year 1967.
In 1990 pib cooperative society without issuing any cancellation letter and without cancelling mutation letter and without any notice to mrs fatima the pib society mutated the same property in the name of late mr Masood (the husband of mrs fatima ).
what is the legal position?
