Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
I am owner of flat at 4th floor. in Karachi. The question is that who would be owner of the land & if it requires re-construction of same flat or building what is its procedure.

Please clarify the location of flat building. There are separate rules for separate jurisdictions. Kindly see the ownership documents for that. In older populations the land belongs to the owner who constructs the building. In new populations at some societies the land is owned jointly by the parties. In Rawalpindi famous Gakhar Plaza fell down few years ago. It was reconstructed by the same owner Raja Shahid Zafar (Ex-Minister). All the persons having shares in Gakhar Plaza had to contribute in the construction of new building again. Hope question is answered. For more contact [email protected]
