Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
I am performing as Private Secretary to a Director. I belong to Clerikal cadre in the grade of Deputy Manager. Whether I am entitled for higher post allowance i.e. 20% of basic on account of holding additional regular post or higher post, as is admissible under the rules of the Corporation. Kindly advise FREE ANSWER TO MY ISSUE.
- CORPORATION FUNCTIONING UNDER GOVT. OF PAKISTAN, MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIES & PRODUCTION.
- ASSIGNMENT OF DUTIES INCLUDE; ALL PERSONAL/SECRETARIAL WORK OF DIRECTOR, TELECOMMUNICATION BESIDES SHORTHAND WRITING TAKING DICTATION AND TYPING ON COMPUTER WHOLE TIME JOB INVOLVING LATE SITTING.
