what are the permissions required for excavation and transportation of soil within Goa State?

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is advisable that your Company establishment acquires the prior permission from the Ministry of Environment Protection, Government of India, New Delhi and if it is a deep underground excavation, you need the permission from the Ministry of Mining, Government of India, New Delhi. These permissions are over and above the prevailing State Government approvals which you should obtain.
