Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
the police has been charge 107 on my family and me one sided, it is right or wrong, if wrong then what i do, and when police was file 107, i am not present there, i lives in delhi ,

1) Based on evidence, Police might hv charged. Unless proved how can anyone say Police is right or wrong?
