Legal Question in Administrative Law in Philippines
As a Principal, what disciplinary action could i give to my subordinate ( a teacher) who refuses to follow an agreed procedure in rating their performance and who wrote under my name the remarks : refuse to sign ( which is malicious and false) I did not refuse to sign her performance instead she failed to appear in my office as requested by me and created a scenario that i refuse to sign her perforamance rating.

If the school is a private school then the provisions of the Labor Code will apply and the rules and regulations of the school.
