Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

I got a problem.

I m living at Karachi belonging to District Bhakkar. We were

two brothers with one sister. After the dispute over

domestic problems my elder brother left home with his family

and left alone our father. My father handed over him a

handsome amount and asked never to come back and no further

share in his property.

Unfortunately my brother died after a little span of time.

we were shocked but time flew and after 4-5 yrs my father

died leaving me and my sister. we were supposed to be his

Waris according to Sharia. But it come to know me that the

family of my brother is also entitled to get the share in

the property.

i was not able to digest it.

Well I found a wasiyat nama (written in 2009) in my father's

room according to which me and my sister are entitled to get

the distribution of the property. my father never told us

about it. it is witnessed by two people out of which one is

also dead.

Unfortunately it is written at stamp paper and stamped by a

notary public back in 2009.

Can i use it to get our right. property is situated at

Distric Bhakkar
