Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
PROPERTY DISTRIBUTION
My Father & Mother both were expired without any property/house will, and I have 2 sisters (married) out of them one sister also expired and left one son who is adult now, My question in which way above house property will be distributed in 2 part or 3 part? please advice me.
Please note this case in Kolkata, and by cast we are HINDU.

After amendment of Section 6 of hindu Succession Act in 2005, daughter has same rights as that of a son. So property will be distributed in 3 parts.
