Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
In a property partition case between the family members of deseased.
One person of family member(plaintiff) claiming share in his father property. Point of view of one defendent of family member is that this property hasbeen gifted to him by his father in his life time and possession of the property was handed over to him by his father .
My question is that what is the importance of keeping possession of gifted property by the person who has accepted the gift??
