Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
is property purchase by husband from his own income is required to be shown in assets and liabilities return of wife who is govt employee under rule 18 of the govt employees( conduct ) rules (1966), specially when husband is also employee under public sector and shown his assets and liabilities in his return to his employer.
