Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I got my property registered in my and my wife name on march. But the loan that I have take expect the deed to contain the name as my wife and then mine. Now they want a deed of declaration to be done. I need advice in that, what is a deed of declaration and what is the process to get it done.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the property is registered with your name as the first holder and your wife as the second, the loan too will have to be in your name as the first and then your wife. If it has been wrongly done, all the Bank needs to do is a fresh Loan Agreement, if they have wrongly interchanged the names.
