Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Even if a provision is silent about issuance of notice, the same is to be read as inbuilt, unless it is expressly excluded in the statute itself, meaning thereby the principles of natural justice by affording opportunity of hearing or notice is to be read with the provisions even if not specifically provided and has to be adhered to. Supreme Court rulings please!
