Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
can public sector undertaking under ministry of power(govt of india) can conduct DPC and interviews for promotion of employees at different levels during election period(code of conduct) and what should be done to stop them. As they are going to declare list of promotion on 31.03.2014. List is being prepared as per instructions of different ministries for their persons
