Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
I have this question that recently cantonment broads in Karachi have started asking for certain sales vehicle tax. First is that are they authorized since GOP is taking road tax and others from the vehicles annually. Secondly even if they are authorized should that tax be imposed on the vehicle or the stock that is on the vehicle. Kindly advice.

It seems that they are not authorized as no one can be taxed twice in Pakistan.. However, you have to challenge that in the court of law.. For more [email protected]
