Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Res sir/madam
i am goi employee , my hoo without telling me asked to go and report to one person, when i reached there they informed me to psychiatric evaluation as my hoo initiated my behavior report( that report was sign by my junior) when raised this issue they refused consider this and finally i have to go though my psychiatric evaluation without taking my consent and without informing any member of my family. patna medical college where my psychiatric evolution occurred hod of psychiatric department given his opinion mentioning that "i am not hv psychiatric illness and i don't required any treatment. please apprise me any legal angel is there , or its a routine exercise . this is i am asking because during that i faced utter
harassment.
