Respected sir, i want to ask that under which act(rules) a government officer himself changed his first oder (whether it was a wrong order or right order) if he can not change his first order so tell me under which rules he can not change his first order my email address is [email protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,
In any Government Department, rules and orders passed are to be countersigned by two signatories. If the concerned Government Officer has passed an order, he / she does not have the sole right to amend the order passed; the amendment has to be vetted by another independent officer who is above the rank of the Government Officer who passed the original order.
