the secretary is not ready to transfer my husband's name on share certificate when my mother in law has put my husband as a nominee the society had also given in 2 local papers ..its 2 years now still the name is not been put

Dear Madam,
If your mother in law has also left behind her Will that after her, the flat should be transferred in the name of your husband, you should submit a copy of her Wii to the Society and request the Secretary to transfer the Share Certificate in the name of your husband.
