Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

I have been given seniority in the grade of deputy manager w.e.f. 25.05.2005 but without arrears/back benefits vide orders/Memo dated 31.12.2011. while my other colleagues have enjoyed back benefits being given promotion/seniority on time, while I was ignored. Do I deserve back benefits and can be resolved through court of law or not.

yes, you can not be treated un-equal to your colleagues. you have the right to seek constitutional remedy of high court.
