Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am out of service from SBI for the last 20 years on a fake case of fraud. I had obtained information from Bank under RTI regarding my status of my case. On the orders of the Chief Information Commissioner, Delhi, the Bank gave out that inquiry is pending. Should I file a writ in Labour Court for seeking eary justice because my retirement is due in December, 2014. Please advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am surprised that your case has been going on for 20 long years and you have been sitting quiet over it. It is clearly evident that the Bank is deliberately dragging on the matter. You should complain against the Judge for not deciding on the matter and request immediate reinstatement of service with full benefits, stating that the Bank is unable to prove any alleged wrongdoing and has deliberately framed you
Regards,
