can a sexually harassed victim can be transferred without her permission

1) No permission required. Full facts required.
2) Transfer the prerogative of the Management, cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
3) Would it not facilitate the victim to avoid such people?
2) Has it been proved so?
3) Can it be established that the transfer is due to such act.
