Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir I want to ask that under which act (rules) a government officer himself change his first order (whether it was a wrong order or right) if he can not do that under which act he can not do that in asking it in the context of indian law I di not find anything clear about that in The all India services discipline and apeal rules 1969 please tell me the page number and line or pehra
