Sir,
whether Consumer Forum has jurisdiction to entertain a complaint filed by a consumer or any person against the assessment made under Various Sections
of the Electricity Act, 2003 ??Please let me know the details?

YES, the Consumer Forum has the jurisdiction to admit and dispose complaints pertaining to the Electricity Act, 2003.
