Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
hello sir, my name is kumar and my wife is working as a junior assistant in the state of andhra pradesh.My wife faced a departmental enquiry against her on 2011 and report is pending till today.On the basis of departmental enquiry PRC benifits and incremants all are stopped because of enquiry pending.At present my wife took salary PRC-2005.Is it coorect or wrong? It is not correct then please provide any g.o's and circulars please help me.

Dear Kumar,
As the aggrieved party, your wife should persuade the Department to conclude the enquiry proceedings at the earliest, and if acquitted thereto, request for reinstatement of present salary as applicable to her grade.
