Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
sir, my name is Naresh Kumar. i am 40 year old, live in new delhi. i want to add Gupta as my sirname.
i want my name as Naresh Gupta instead of Naresh Kumar.
So please guide me, how can i do it. where should i approach for this, and what are the documentation needed.
